Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

DarkEdge ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website darkedge.xyz. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

By using DarkEdge, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We are committed to transparency and minimal data collection.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. When you connect a Phantom wallet, we store your public wallet address only — we never have access to your private keys.

1.2 Usage Data

We may collect basic usage data such as features accessed, scan counts per day, and general interaction patterns — solely to improve the platform and enforce fair usage limits per tier.

1.3 Public Blockchain Data

DarkEdge analyzes publicly available on-chain data from the Solana blockchain. Wallet addresses and transaction history are sourced from public DEX activity and are not private information.

2. How We Use Your Information

—To authenticate you and manage your account access tier
—To enforce scan limits and usage quotas per subscription tier
—To send Telegram alerts you have explicitly opted into
—To improve the platform and debug technical issues
—To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage

User account data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL on AWS). Authentication is handled by NextAuth.js. We do not store credit card information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We share data only with the following providers to operate the platform:

—Google: OAuth authentication provider
—Supabase: Database and authentication backend
—Vercel: Hosting and serverless compute
—Dune Analytics: On-chain data queries (no personal data shared)
—Helius: Solana wallet metadata (no personal data shared)
—Telegram: Alert delivery (only for users who opt in)

5. Cookies

We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication (NextAuth.js session token). We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies. Disabling cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

—Request access to the personal data we hold about you
—Request correction or deletion of your data
—Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account
—Object to processing of your personal data

Contact us via @DarkEdge_sol on X (Twitter).

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Cached on-chain query results are stored temporarily (1 hour TTL) and automatically deleted. You may request permanent deletion at any time.

8. Security

We implement HTTPS/TLS encryption, secure database access controls, and environment variable isolation for all API keys. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable precautions.

9. Children's Privacy

DarkEdge is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided data and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of DarkEdge after changes constitutes acceptance.
